Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions: 1. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

2. Item Not Received: If you do not receive your order please contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed undelivered, issue a refund or resend the item.

Conditions

• All claims must be submitted with valid proof (e.g., photos of damage or tracking confirmation).

• Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or dislike of the product.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

 

ANY ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH THE ADDRESS PROVIDED & ARE SIGNED FOR.

ONCE YOUR ITEM(S) ARRIVE BACK TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED, EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
